Favorite Books for Listening

I've always loved listening to interviews and learning about people. When I spent most of my day designing at a computer, I would listen to Terry Gross interview guests on Fresh Air for hours at a time. I now spend more of my days in meetings, talking with people, or writing, which unfortunatley isn't conducive to listening. This year I've discovered audio books as a great way to fulfill this part of my life. I listen to books while I cook dinner or do errands, and can tear through a good book in a matter of days or a week. My favorite stories recently have been autobiographical, written by female artists, and read by the author. Here are a few I've been especially sad finish:
